Product
Evaporative
cooling is considered by experts to be far superior to air cooled
methods of heat transfer for condenser systems. Chilling Filters is an
engineered evaporative pre-cooler that enhances the heat transfer of
air cooled condensers.
Technology
The technology takes
domestic water through a filter/water softener assembly and then
refrigerates that water by passing it over the suction line of the
operating compressor/chiller. This effect reduces the water temperature
by as much as 20 degrees. Once the condensing system reaches its
optimum operating temperature, solenoid valves, through the on-board
electronics, monitor the temperature of the liquid line and flash on to
apply refrigerated water over filter media which is installed over the
inlet side of all condenser coils.

Air
conditioning systems depend on clean coil surfaces and clean air to
efficiently transfer heat and provide the cooling capacity that your
building requires. Dirty coil surfaces and contaminated air are
continuous issues that create costly maintenance and energy.

temperature reaches 85°
• Condenser coils lose efficiency over time (as much as 30%), due
to dust & debris buildup, as well as corrosion

of Energy (DOE) research shows that systems with dirty coils can easily
consume 30% more energy and produce 10% less cooling. In addition to

Chilling
Filters patented chilled water evaporative pre-cooler system resolves
all of the previous challenges with air cooled coils. The Chilling
Filter is a streamlined thermal evaporation frame that easily attaches
to the exterior condenser coils of an air conditioning system causing
the system to run more efficiently while increasing the cooling
performance.
